Shipping Restrictions - USA & Canada

TEMPORARY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to new customs regulations implemented by the United States, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has temporarily suspended acceptance of packages containing goods to the United States and Canada since August 25, 2025.

WHAT'S AFFECTED:
• All product shipments to USA and Canada  
• Only unregistered letters (documents only) can be sent

WHAT WE'RE DOING:
• Monitoring the situation closely
• Exploring alternative shipping carriers for flutes and CDs
• Will notify customers when service resumes
